Eldwi is a Thai company. Our team has lived and worked in Germany for many years, which shapes how we understand the questions our clients bring to us.
This is our head office. We do not currently offer walk-in consultations. Every conversation begins with a message arranged around your preferred time.

No. Many people write to us before deciding. We are glad to help you think it through, based on your situation.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your message is read only by the Eldwi team and used only to respond to your enquiry. Recommended contacts do not receive your details from us.
Can I speak with someone by phone?
We currently correspond by message and email only. This lets us read your situation carefully and reply with something considered, rather than a quick call.
Do you write back in German?
Yes. Our team is comfortable corresponding in German or English, whichever you prefer.
