Accommodation

Accommodation includes a private single room with person centered care, medication administration, full board with Western meals, 24 hour supervision, unlimited laundry, utilities, daily activities, local outings, weekly massages, and coordination or transportation to healthcare facilities when needed. Administrative support such as visa assistance is also available, with applicable fees charged separately. VAT and service charges are included.

Not Included: Medication, doctor or clinic fees, personal consumables, and entrance fees or personal spending during excursions.

Our family is so happy we found VivoCare! The facility is beautiful, and the caregivers are the friendliest, most compassionate, and patient caregivers we’ve ever seen. And every time we visit, there seems to be a dedicated caregiver for each resident at all times. The cost is extremely reasonable for the level of care provided, along with the amazing facility. And they often have all kinds of activities, such as singing, physical rehabs, barbecues and more. Our family feels very blessed to have found this place for dad. We know he’s happy here and well cared for.

The best in Thailand, and possibly the best in the world!

My father has vascular dementia and moved to VivoCare after we struggled to find dignified, affordable care in the US. What we found at VivoCare is person‑centered care in practice (not as a slogan.) Staff know him as a person—his routines, the music that calms him, that lights him up, how to cue him without rushing or infantilizing. When I visit I feel like he’s the star of the show.

Care quality is outstanding: quiet environments that look and smell clean (not like cleaning products); thoughtful daily structure; compassionate Thai carers who treat my dad like family.

Pricing is transparent and far more sustainable than anything comparable we priced back home.

My late father lived a couple of years here. I was extremely grateful to see how truly well-cared for he was. The nurses and helpers were so kind, friendly and respectful towards him, it truly warmed my heart to know he was in the right place when he most needed it. You can see it comes from the heart and it made the whole difference for me. And the medical side of it is also top-notch, so truly the best of all worlds.

Thanks to Vivocare I had peace of mind for my father’s welfare in my absence. I most definitely recommend to anyone who is in the sad position of having to make this decision for a family member.

My father was very fortunate to spend many years in this specialized resort, in the very capable hands of a professional team who took excellent, 1:1, personalized, care of him. Bringing stability, peace of mind to both my father and I. He was very happy and relaxed there and thanks to the VivoCare expertise ended up requiring almost no medications. I highly recommend VivoCare. My main advice is: Take the bold step to settle your family member at VivoCare long before you have a major crisis on your hands. It will be better for both parties. Today it is easy to travel to visit your loved ones, it only takes a few hours, and VivoCare can assist you in spending long periods of time close to your family member (hotel reservations, transport, activities etc.).
